Terms and Conditions

The following statement explains the terms you agree to abide to with regards to accepting our services.

1. Minimum Period
2. Payment
3. Termination of contract
4. Suspension of service
5. Site Updates
6. Search Engines

1. Minimum Period
There is no set minimum period for which you must use our services although we suggest a "reasonable" period is a minimum of 12 months. [Top]

2. Payment
Payment is due in quarterly in advance. This can be settled by prompt payment of invoice or by Direct Debit. Non payment of account can lead to the withdrawal of our services and in extreme cases the suspension of a website. As long as your site remains in service and under our management, unless we have received a notice of termination in writing (see note 3) a monthly fee (min £10) will be due quarterly in advance. [Top]

3. Termination of Contract
Should you decide, at any point, that you are not happy with our services, you MUST contact us in writing outlining any issues you have with our service and give 30 days notice. Such notification will not be accepted by us if your account is in arrears. In such cases, your account must be settled before you give notice to terminate our services. In the event that we cannot rectify any problems which you have with our service to your satisfaction and assuming your account is up to date, we will transfer the access to your web space to you where necessary. Should we decide to terminate our services to you (usually due to non payment) we will give you 7 days notice of intent to withdraw our services. Until this point all payments are due in the normal manner (see note 2). [Top]

4. Suspension of Service
Should we decide to suspend our services (usually due to non payment), this will be done in writing with a minimum of 7 days notice. During any period of suspension of services you will not incur any further charges, however a "re-establishment" fee of £25 will be payable once services are resumed. [Top]

5. Site Updates
All site updates will be made within a reasonable time frame. Update requests must be made to us in writing and in a pre-agreed format (word docs / gifs etc). Should we fail to not update your site (if instructed to do so) within a reasonable time frame, you MUST report such action in writing giving the updates requested and the relevant dates etc. Lack of site updates is only acceptable as a reason for termination, if you have made requests for updates and we have not done them and you have bought this to our attention in writing. If you do not ask for any updates to be made, they are not made! [Top]

6. Monthly Fee
The monthly fee you pay covers any general updates you require (small changes such as special offers / news etc) along with monthly search engine submissions, plus technical assistance with such things as e-mail & other Internet related issues. Fees are payable whether you do or do not make regular (or any) updates. [Top]
